left fluid on him; had fluid around his scorutm, one side is swelled up; had fluid around his scorutm, one side is swelled up; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from product quality group. The reporter is the patient. A 68-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 22Feb2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6Z01) at the age of 68 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "high blood pressure" (ongoing), notes: diagnosed about 4 or 5 years ago prior to covid diagnosis.; "blood thinner" (unspecified if ongoing); "covid", start date: Dec2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Confirms he had covid before taking the Pfizer vaccines/ caught covid from his barber. Concomitant medication(s) included: XARELTO oral taken for anticoagulant therapy, start date: Feb2021, stop date: Jul2023; BABY ASPIRIN oral taken for anticoagulant therapy, start date: Jul2023 (ongoing). The following information was reported: FLUID RETENTION (medically significant), outcome "not recovered", described as "left fluid on him"; SCROTAL SWELLING (medically significant), SCROTAL DISORDER (medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "had fluid around his scorutm, one side is swelled up". The events "left fluid on him" and "had fluid around his scorutm, one side is swelled up" required physician office visit. The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Body temperature: (Feb2021) average. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of fluid retention, scrotal swelling, scrotal disorder. Additional information: He was diagnosed with covid in Feb 2021, he was asymptomatic. Temperature was being checked at work and states temperature is a misnomer since his temperature was average and he had covid the whole time for two months without knowing, he caught covid from his barber in Dec 2020 but did not know till Feb 2021 when he was diagnosed with covid in Feb 2021 and thinks that is why he is having all these things that messed with his heart. He had covid and he began taking the Pfizer vaccine and does not know which one vaccine it was that left fluid on him and he wound up going to the doctor to get medication to get rid of the fluid, it got rid of the fluid everywhere the fluid was aside from his private area, he still had fluid around his scorutm, one side is swelled up. He went to a urologist and was told there was very little he could do other than some sort of procedure but every time that procedure was done on others, the fluid around the scrotum always came back. The doctor said there was one other deal that he could do that required cutting but at the time he was on Xarleto which is a blood thinner. He told his heart doctor and said that he would have to be taken off Xarelto for a few days till the urologist did the procedure but he never did go back. He was put on low dose baby aspirin to thin his blood. This fluid has been going on for 2 years. Confirms he has not had any procedures yet. Clarifies vaccine as Pfizer covid vaccine. Confirms he had covid before taking the Pfizer covid vaccines. He has taken all 4 of the Pfizer covid vaccine shots. First three doses he was sitting in his car. He thinks all four doses were administered in his left arm. He thinks the fluid started after one of the Pfizer covid vaccines, may have started after the first dose. This was captured as provided. The fluid on his scrotum swelled up to a certain point and it is about the same. Started swelling and then stopped. He thought it would eventually go away but he was told not it would not go away by his urologist. It is not harmful, it is kind of inconvenient sometimes.; Sender's Comments: Linked Report(s) : US-PFIZER INC-202300274096 same patient/vaccine, different vaccine dose;US-PFIZER INC-202300274097 same patient/vaccine, different vaccine dose;US-PFIZER INC-202300274098 same patient/vaccine, different vaccine dose;
