high fever; chest tightness; Vicious vomiting; left eye swelling; restlessness; body aches; headache; difficulty breathing; difficulty speaking; shortness of breath; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). This 25-year-old non-pregnant female patient received second dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) (Lot Number: EN7206) at the age of 25 years, via an unspecified route of administration at single dose in the left arm on 07Mar2021 10:00 AM for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included asthma. Concomitant medications included salbutamol (ALBUTEROL HFA), lansoprazole (PREVACID), both taken for an unspecified indication. Previously the patient received the first dose of BNT162B2 (Lot Number: EL9266) at the age of 25 years on 13Feb2021 10:00 AM in the left arm for COVID-19 immunisation. On 07Mar2021 23:00, the patient experienced high fever, chest tightness, vicious vomiting, left eye swelling, restlessness, body aches, headache, difficulty breathing, difficulty speaking, shortness of breath. No treatment required. The events required a visit to the physician's office. The outcome of the events was not recovered. The vaccine was administered at a Clinic. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination. The patient had not been tested for COVID-19 since the vaccination.

Symptomtext

2/22/2021 1st Dose: Within 2 hours: severe pain from neck to fingertips on L arm. Lasted approximately 4 days. Within 4 hours: severe headache, took 2 500mg Tylenol about 3-4 times over the course of 48 hours. Headache subsided on 3rd day. 3/15/2021 2nd Dose: Within 1 hour: weakness, pain from neck thru fingertips in L arm, throat swelling, came home took 2 Tylenol 500mg gel caps at 4:00pm. Napped until 7:00pm. Temperature was 97.5. Thought I was feeling better. Went to bed at 11:00pm. By 2:30am I was awaking, restless sleep, pain all over body, every joint. Finally got out of bed at 11:30am today. Nerves and joints feel as tho on fire. Both arms and hands very swollen. Toes swollen. Nauseous. No appetite. Hurts to move, sit or lay down. Have rested all day. 6:40pm temperature is 99.8. Feel awful. Shooting pain like electricity down both arms into hands extremely sensitive to cold - feels like fire.
