Developed Deep Vein Thrombosis. Diagnosed 30Apr2021; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 59-year-old female non-pregnant patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 01Apr2021 14:30 (Batch/lot number: EN8207) as 2nd dose, single for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol, all from an unknown date. There no concomitant medications. The patient previously received the first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) in Arm Left on 11Mar2021 11:45 AM (Batch/lot number: EP7533) at the age of 59-year-old for COVID-19 immunisation. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient developed deep vein thrombosis since 07Apr2021, which was diagnosed on 30Apr2021. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of deep vein thrombosis which included Prescribed Xarelto. The adverse event result in Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. The outcome of event was not recovered. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19.

Slight headache; Little nervousness; Tiredness; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 64 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 11Mar2021 10:45 (Lot number: EN8207, Expiration Date: 03Jul2021) at the age of 64 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Chronic Depression" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Verbatim: Chronic depression, Caller says this was diagnosed about 5 years ago. There were no concomitant medications. The following information was reported: HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset 11Mar2021 12:00, outcome "unknown", described as "Slight headache"; NERVOUSNESS (non-serious) with onset 11Mar2021 12:00, outcome "unknown", described as "Little nervousness"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 11Mar2021 12:00, outcome "unknown", described as "Tiredness". Additional Information: Patient had his first dose yesterday on 11Mar, and his vaccine card has a sticker on it and other than his name and L for left arm and date given, nothing is provided on there. He says "my eyeballs" while looking at handwritten vaccine card with a sticker and does not clarify this statement. He says that the NDC is not provided on vaccine card, but EXP is. He says his first dose was injected at 10:45AM, and his side effects began at approximately at 12:00PM 11Mar. He says he started to feel something, a slight headache and a little nervousness around the edges and an all over feeling tired like he had gone to the gym and worked out his entire body. He says everywhere feels blah. Documented as provided. He says he got home yesterday and went straight to bed. He says if it was a 10 yesterday, then today is a 6, it is a little bit better, just kind of, not bad at all really, it is just annoying. He says he would do it again and will do it again. He says he didn't treat the slight headache. He says he got his first dose, which was a monster event, and it was provided. He said they have not had any other recent vaccinations or started any new medications. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Intense freezing feeling in the lower half of my body up into my lower back / felt more like an internal coldness; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter (Other Healthcare Professional). The reporter is the patient. A 43-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administered in arm left, administration date 18Mar2021 10:30 (Lot number: EN8207) at the age of 43 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Migraines" (unspecified if ongoing); "Concerta Allergy" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medications included: TOPAMAX; ZOVIA; IMITREX; DITROPAN; ALBUTEROL [SALBUTAMOL]. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, single (Lot number: EL9265) via intramuscular route of administration in the left arm at 13:00), administration date: 04Feb2021, when the patient was 43 years old, for COVID-19 immunisation. The following information was reported: FEELING COLD (non-serious) with onset 18Mar2021 20:00, outcome "unknown", described as "Intense freezing feeling in the lower half of my body up into my lower back / felt more like an internal coldness". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of feeling cold. Additional Information: The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 18Mar2021 at 08:00 PM, the patient experienced an intense freezing feeling in the lower half of her body up into her lower back. The patient reported that this had not felt like chills when one gets sick. This felt more like an internal coldness and not like the pins and needles feeling associated with topiramate (TOPAMAX). The patient reported that she had not felt this until after she received the second dose of the vaccine. The event did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
