Felt like paralyzed for a while like I could not get the muscles to; Light headedness; My body is just very heavy;I could not walk very well, I had to lean against the wall; If I was trying to walk my body would be like it would tremor; I got burning in my lungs; lungs felt burning, aching, there was warmth in there for several days; I fell and collapsed and I laid there; I got burning in my lungs; lungs felt burning, aching, there was warmth in there for several days; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable consumer. A patient of unspecified age and gender received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE, solution for injection), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration on 27Feb2021 (Batch/Lot Number: EN9261) as DOSE 1, SINGLE for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included thyroid disorder, neoplasm malignant (But I have been treated for cancer before); all from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Concomi-tant medication included levothyroxine taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. Patient reported I had reaction days after getting the shot, I had some light headedness (incomplete sentence) from the Pfizer vaccine and this happened in 27Feb, my healthcare provider knows what happened. So, I was sitting in my recliner my body is just very heavy and I started feeling like what to do, like my body was just like I don't know what is happening to it and I started saying help me. I could not walk very well, I had to lean against the wall, my body started feeling heavy, I fell and colapsed and I laid there. Felt like paralyzed for a while like I could not get the muscles to move to get me up. I could speak but I could not get up. Probably after a few minutes I could get up and then after that I was able to get myself to the sofa and if I was trying to walk my body would be like it would tremor like severe tremor and that eased out after several minutes then (incomplete sentence). Consumer stated, Yes, it was my first one and my healthcare provider told me not to get the second one. I got burning in my lungs, it lasted after that like several days, like 3-4 days. It was like a warm in my lungs. There is nothing else, no chills, nothing like that, there was nothing like the general symp-toms. So, my doctor advised me not to get the second shot. Consumer stated, no other medical con-dition right now, no. Consumer reporter that I had been treated for cancer and I am cancer free, but I have taken the Pfizer shot for helping because I wanted to make sure that this vaccine, I had that pri-or but I dont have a cancer, I got it. Consumer stated, TSH or something and it was normal. They say all the blood work looks excellent. Consumer stated, I just want to report it just to see if there might be any other stuff going on you know what I mean for certain situation because everybody is not the same, of course. The warmth in my lungs lasted for like 3 or 4 days afterwards, they finally eased up. Like the lungs felt burning, aching, there was warmth in there for several days. I just wish if I could take the second one. Consumer stated, no treatment received for AEs. The outcome of events was unknown. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
