Patient fainted and hyporesponsive.; Patient fainted and hyporesponsive.; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable other healthcare professional. A 21-year-old non-pregnant female patient received her first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE), Lot number: En9265, intramuscular on 13Feb2021 at 14:00 (at the age of 21 years old) as a single dose in the right arm for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. The patient fainted and was hyporesponsive on 13Feb2021. The patient did not receive treatment for the events. The outcome of the events was recovered in Feb2021. It was also reported that since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.; Sender's Comments: Based on vaccine-event chronological association, a causal relationship between events fainted and was hyporesponsive and BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE), cannot be excluded. The impact of this report on the benefit/risk profile of the Pfizer product is evaluated as part of Pfizer procedures for safety evaluation, including the review and analysis of aggregate data for adverse events. Any safety concern identified as part of this review, as well as any appropriate action in response, will be promptly notified to Regulatory Authorities, Ethics Committees and Investigators, as appropriate.

Symptomtext

Bloating, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, poop mucus but no poop, unable to eat without feeling awful, stomach making loud noises. I thought it was something I ate/what I was eating and not the vaccination but the symptoms continued and went to had GI map done in 11/2021. I take 30 plus supplements, pro and prebiotics, which help but when I don't take them the symptoms return. I spoke with my GP about the issues and was told not to take the COVIFd boosters or vaccine again.

Symptomtext

Approximately3 weeks post vaccine I began having GI upset, which in turn led to malabsorption and significant weight loss. These symptoms led me to seek medical attention which resulted in screening for Celiac Disease, based on me having 2 other autoimmune diseases + symptoms. Through serum testing, process of eliminating gluten from diet, and endoscopy I was diagnosed with Celiacs. I am reporting because of the timing of symptoms post vaccination and the relation to autoimmune system. While i do not consider CD to be disabling, it is permanent.
