pain in the injections site; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from medical information team. The reporter is the patient. A 71 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm right, administration date 26Feb2021 (Lot number: EN9266) at the age of 71 years as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Blood pressure high" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset Feb2021, outcome "unknown", described as "pain in the injections site". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Additional information: The patient stated she received it in the right arm and has had pain in the injections site up until now. She stated it was worse at night. She thought it would only last two or three days. She stated she got the second dose in her left arm and only had soreness for a day or to and then went away. She said with her second COVID-19 Vaccine shot, she didn't have any problems. Reported her right arm pain gets worse at night in the spot where she got the COVID-19 Vaccine. She said she had , and read that arm pain could be caused by the needle used to give the injection, and the needle may have hit a nerve. Reported she had received her first COVID-19 Vaccine dose on 26Feb2021 between 10:00-11:00 in her right arm, providing Pfizer Lot Number: EN9266. She said her second COVID-19 Vaccine was administered on 19Mar2021 at approximately 10:00 in her left arm, providing Pfizer Lot Number: EN6207. She said there was no NDC Number and Expiration Date listed for the 1st and 2nd COVID-19 Vaccine doses. Clarified her right arm pain as injection site pain. She said the injection site pain started about a day or two after she had her first COVID-19 Vaccine. She said today (24Mar2021), she can hardly feel the right arm injection site pain, and maybe her (right) arm was finally starting to heal. Reported she used Tylenol (clarified as Extra Strength Tylenol 500mg caplet (NDC Number: 50580-937-19, Lot Number: SMA033, Expiration Date: Aug2024) and Atelex Natural (pain cream dispensed in a jar) (UPC Number: 1027103323, Lot Number: 19263 as provided by caller, who stated the Lot Number was faded out and looked like it was smudged off and Expiration Date: Sep2021), ice packs, and a little pain cream (clarified as Atelex Natural) on her right arm injection site pain. Reported she used the Extra Strength Tylenol and Atelex Natural pain cream for a few days on her right arm injection site pain, and was now basically using an ice pack to treat her pain.Reported on 12Feb2021 she had a mammogram, and was told she needed to have another mammogram image done on 31Mar2021. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

A 54-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 19Mar2021 10:00 (Lot number: EN9266) at the age of 54 years as dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Product: COVID 19, Brand: Pfizer, Lot number: EN6202, Administration date: 26Feb2021, Administration time: 11:00 AM, Vaccine location: Left arm, Dose number: 1), administration date: 26Feb2021, when the patient was 54 years old, for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: NAUSEA (non-serious) with onset 20Mar2021 05:00, outcome "recovering", described as "Nausea"; CHILLS (non-serious) with onset 20Mar2021 05:00, outcome "recovering", described as "Chills"; PAIN (non-serious) with onset 20Mar2021 05:00, outcome "recovering", described as "body ache"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 20Mar2021 05:00, outcome "recovering", described as "fatigue". Oral herpes Pain Scar

smallpox like scar on her chin; cold sore; throbbing, stinging pain; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 69-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of bnt162b2, via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 01Mar2021 16:30 (at the age of 68-year-old) (Lot Number: EN9266) as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included Sjogrens, hypothyroidism, arthritis; known allergies: Augmentin, demerol, some sulfa drugs. Concomitant medications included Levothyroxine, simvastatin, Omeprazole, ibuprofen, vitamins B,C,D E, biotin, magnesium, zinc. The patient previously took the first dose of bnt162b2, via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 08Feb2021 16:30 (at the age of 68-year-old) (Lot: EN5318) as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. A few days after the second dose, she got what she thought was a cold sore starting on her chin. It got bigger each day until the 4th day, it was about 3/8" in diameter, and throbbing, stinging pain. She used Melaleuca oil on it, and it gradually subsided and went away, but left a smallpox like scar on her chin. The outcome of the event scar was not recovered, others was recovered in 2021. Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.

Hives all over my body every single day.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp. A 28-years-old female patient received second dose of bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 13Mar2021 (Batch/Lot Number: EN9266), single for covid-19 immunization. The patient did not had any medical history. Concomitant medications were not reported. The patient did not receive any other vaccine within four weeks prior to the COVID or any other medications within two weeks of vaccination. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19.The patient previously received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection; Batch/Lot Number: EL6208) via an unspecified route of administration on 13Feb2021 as dose 1, single dose for covid-19 immunization and experienced hives all over her body a week after first dose of vaccine and she would get them about 2-3 times a week. In Mar2021, after receiving the second dose of vaccine the patient experienced hives all over her body every single day. The adverse event resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. She visited an allergist, but she cannot diagnose her. The patient knew that the event was from the vaccine. The patient was advised to take Allegra twice a day and Zyrtec as therapeutic measure for event. The outcome of the event was unknown.; Sender's Comments: As per the information provided in the narrative, the causal association between the suspect drug and the event cannot be excluded.

On 2/17/2021 (2nd dose)about 4 p.m. started feeling nauseous and dizzy-injection arm became very sore. The next 2 days t he same as late afternoon on the day of injection. 2/20/2021 woke up feeling fine. 2/21, 2/22 back to feeling nauseous and dizzy with the injection arm hurting a lot. 2/22, 2,24, 2/25 were fairly good days. But 2/26 woke up at 3:30 a.m. feeling very, very nauseous and then vomiting violently and again at 6:30a.m. and 8:30a.m. (along with a bad case of diarrhea. Was nauseous for the next 3 days and could not move my left arm above my elbow.
