feel a pinch or prick type of pain in my heart; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (reported for herself). A 76-year-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 09Aug2021 14:00 (at the age of 76-year-old) (Lot Number: END172) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Concomitant medications included fish oil (OMEGA 3), ascorbic acid (VIT C), vitamin b, and glucosamine; all taken for unspecified indications, start and stop date were not reported (medications the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination). On 13Aug2021, four days after the first shot, she began to feel a pinch or prick type of pain in her heart, which then radiated and slowly dissipated. The whole process took about a couple of minutes or a bit more. This happened several times a day, without a definite interval, for about 4 or 5 days. It didn't happen again. She wanted to go to urgent care but decided not to go. After inquiring in the hospital pharmacy, they suggested that she report it. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination and had not been tested for COVID-19 since the vaccination. No treatment was received for the event. The outcome of the event was recovered on an unspecified date in Aug2021. The reported event was assessed as non-serious. Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.
