A 92 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administered in arm right, administration date 16Apr2021 (Lot number: ENG201) at the age of 91 years as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. Specific relevant test: For Thromboembolic events with Thrombocytopenia: None Comments/Narrative: A patient had covid vaccine in the spring of 2021. she complained a week after injection in left arm she developed pain in left (illegible) area. The pain became intermitted over six months . she had a similar reaction to right arm injection. she (illegible) any leg pain or pain in the lower arm. she did say had lumps in left arm that went away. Presently there is a 1 arm fullness in left mid lower. (illegible) both arms (illegible) weeks Apr May 2 weeks later comes pain cough weeks (illegible) spot chills. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
