While I was waiting during the 15 minute window, I started to feel light headed and saw black spots. I told the nurse I didn't feel well and wanted to wait a little longer. Within 10 minutes or so, I started to experience tingling sensation all over my face and then it spread to my neck and then to the rest of my body. My face started to feel stiff and I became really hot. My tongue felt swollen and my entire jaw felt very stiff. I lost my ability to speak and then eventually had full body paralysis. I could not move any limb. I could hear and see, but I could not verbalize a response or move any part of my body. I remained in this state for about 1.5 hour. Afterwards, I regained my motor skills and my speech.

A 37-year-old non-pregnant female patient received an unknown dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: eng205) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 06Mar2021 (at the age of 37-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient had a history of seasonal allergies and sensitive to medication in the past. The concomitant medication included RITUAL, MEGARED, RITUAL VITAMIN, Burpropion HCL 150 mg (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), MOVE FREE JOINT HEALTH, ALLERTEC, magnesium 400mg (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), VITAMIN E, EVENING PRIMROSE and IMMUNITY BOOST for an unknown indication. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 08Mar2021 (Within 72 hours), the patient experienced extreme fatigued, swollen, extreme joint pain, couldn't catch breathe had to sit down, called in sick, still struggling with swelling numbness in left arm and joints, face broke out and skin went from dry to oily. No therapeutic measures were taken for the reported events. The events had not resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, and emergency room/department or urgent care. The clinical outcome of fatigue, joint swelling, joint pain, numbness, oily face, feeling sick and breathlessness were recovered with sequelae on an unknown date of Mar2021. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Relevant medical history included: "Scoliosis" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: IBUPROFEN. The following information was reported: BACK PAIN (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "some lower back pain"; CHILLS (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "mild chills". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of back pain, chills. Additional information: The patient had no known allergies. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Within several weeks my hair began to fall out in general, not patches.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. This 68-year-old male consumer (patient) received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; Batch/Lot Number: ENG205), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Right on 04Mar2021 (at the age of 68-year-old) as DOSE 1, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included hiv infection from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing Other medical history: HIV, rubber sensitivity from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing Known allergies: Latex, drug hypersensitivity from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing Known allergies: Penicillan. The patient experienced alopecia (within several weeks my hair began to fall out in general, not patches) on 30Mar2021 with outcome of recovered with sequelae. Adverse events was classified as serious: Disability or permanent damage Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.
