27, Feb 2021 Received Pfizer vaccination #1 at center 11, Mar 2021 Took a friend to center for her Pfizer vaccination #2 - Noticed I was very winded walking to center, and climbing stairs in - Figured . . . out of shape 12, Mar 2021 Aspirated a grain of rice, coughed up after 30 minutes 16, Mar 2021 Saw my PCP, Dr. Chest x-ray negative. Prednisone 70 mg, decreasing daily 20, Mar 2021 Received Pfizer Vaccination #2 at clinic - Knew I was having more difficulty breathing. Rode in the golf cart to clinic, and then wheelchair into the clinic. 21, Mar 2021 Bought a Pulseox meter, low 90?s ? high 80?s 23, Mar 2021 Called Dr. given samples of Trelegy. Only used twice. 25, Mar 2021 Pulseox low 80?s ? high 70?s 26, Mar 2021 Woke up on kitchen floor. A week after the first vaccine had a seizure with no history of them. Got the second dose and a week later had another seizure while driving and crashed my car into a ditch.

I felt OK for the first 3 days and then I started having worse symptoms of my MCAS and POTS condition. Note, I had NOT had POTS symptoms for 7 years. I was originally diagnosed with POTS in 2010 but slowly got better over 3 -4 years time and have not had issues with POTS since until after the 1st dose of the Covid 19 vaccine. Once my mast cell issues seemed to improve after the first week or so then the POTS symptoms kept getting worse. I am now one month out from the first shot and my heart rate and blood pressure are so bad I'm mostly couch ridden. I'm seeing a cardiologist on Monday. Heart rate even when sleeping at night is shooting up to 125-136 without exertion, just sleeping or standing. I have almost passed out while driving 5 times. Until I improve I won't be driving on major freeways. My vision has also been severely effected. Very blurry and one time all I could see were prisms blinding my view of almost everything. Also very weak all of the time and a lot of pressure in my head, it feels like someone is pushing my head forward. Some ringing of the ears as well.

Bleeding form rash site; black and blues; rash over various parts of her body- back, arms, legs, stomach, head, and it has gotten worse; Uncontrollable itching; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 57-year-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection; Lot number: ENG6198, Expiration date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration (administered on the left arm) on 12Apr2021 at 15:00 (at the age of 57-years-old) as dose 2, single for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications received within two weeks were not reported. The patient didn't receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks and had not been diagnosed with COVID-19 prior vaccination. The patient was previously vaccinated with the first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection; Lot number: ER8727, Expiration date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration (administered on the left arm) on 22Mar2021 at 15:00 (at the age of 57-years-old) for COVID-19 immunisation and experienced rash over various parts of her body- back, arms, legs, stomach, head. On an unspecified date in Apr2021, the patient experienced bleeding form rash site, black and blues, rash over various parts of her body- back, arms, legs, stomach, head and it has gotten worse, and uncontrollable itching. It was reported that it has been 8 months and she still have the rash. She have never had any skin issues in her life. The events resulted in Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events included cream. The patient has been tested for COVID-19 since the vaccination on 01Sep2021 which included SARS-CoV-2 test via nasal swab with negative result. The outcome of the events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Began being dizzy; Nauseous; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 66-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: ENG6198) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 26Feb2021 at 17:30 (at the age of 65-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included heart attack in 2014 (with stents), shingles, penicillin allergy and sulfa drug allergy. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Concomitant medications included aciclovir (ACYCLOVIR) from an unknown date until 24Feb2021 for shingles, rosuvastatin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), acetylsalicylic acid (kASPIRIN); both taken for heart attack from an unknown date and was ongoing and also other unspecified medications. The patient previously took codeine (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) and experienced drug allergy. On 01Mar2021 at 17:30, 72 hours after vaccination, the patient began being dizzy to the extent that the patient could not think straight and was nauseous. The events did not result in doctor or other health care professional office/clinic visits, and the emergency room/department or urgent care. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events began being dizzy and nauseous was resolving at the time of the report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Got COVID Delta On July 23rd. Started as a head cold, fever of 100 a couple days, body aches, headache, congestion, cough. DId not lose smell or taste-more fatigued than usual, but continued to have an appetite and was able to do household chores. I just retired but would have found it hard to work especially the first week. Tylenol helped and naps.
