left side of my face is starting to droop and the beginning signs of Bell's-palsy are starting; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 36-year-old non-pregnant female patient received her first dose of bnt162b2 (BNT162B2 reported as PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE; lot number: ENG6202; expiration date: unknown), at vaccination age 36-year-old via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 02Mar2021 17:00 as a single dose for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included pecans allergies. The patient was not diagnosed with Covid prior to vaccination. Concomitant medications included cetirizine hydrochloride (ZYRTEC), desogestrel, ethinylestradiol (ISIBLOOM), citalopram and vitamins nos (MULTIVITAMINS reported as WOMANS MULTI-VITAMIN). The patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks The patient received the latest vaccine dose in a hospital. The patient had left side of my face is starting to droop and the beginning signs of Bell's-palsy are starting on 03Mar2021 06:00 AM. The patient did not received treatment for the adverse event. The patient has not been covid tested post vaccination. The outcome of the event was not recovered.

elbow joint pain; Mild pain at area of injection; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 51-year-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in the left arm on 12Mar2021 at 14:00 (Lot Number: ENG6202) as dose 1, single for COVID-19 immunization. The patient did not have any medical history and had no known allergies. The patient did not have COVID prior to vaccination. The patient was not tested for COVID post vaccination. Concomitant medications included vitamin b complex (manufacturer unknown); curcuma longa (TURMERIC, manufacturer unknown) and cetirizine (manufacturer unknown), all taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. On 12Mar2021 at 17:00, the patient experienced mild pain at area of injection and elbow joint pain. The patient did not receive treatment for the events. The outcome of the events was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Age at vaccination:72 years. Medical history included diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease f , drug Penicillin allergy) .The patient received the first dose of bnt162b2 (brand=Pfizer ;lot number=El9269, administration time=03:15 PM,vaccine location=Left arm, There were no concomitant medications.
