Hypersensitivity Hypertension Swollen tongue Throat tightness Tongue pruritus

Symptomtext

Shot received around 12:35 pm, started experiencing itching and swelling of the tongue immediately and a tightness in the throat started right after. Alerted EMTS by 12:50pm. EMT's administered benadryl on site and monitored. Blood pressure became extremely high and caused extra concern. It was advised to consider going to hospital but stated would go if it became worse. 1:15 Benadryl started to take hold and some relief was received. Called Dr from the car on the way home (about 1:45pm) and was advised to monitor closely and if it became worse to go to the hospital. Itching and sensitivity to items continued for 3 to 4 days after the shot.

Symptomtext

I had trouble breathing then next day it kept feeling worse. I went to urgent clinic DR put me on antibiodic for a week told me go to hospital if I was no better. I went to ER was transferred to different Hospital where I was treated for 4 days and released with meds. I still am having breathing problems I have follow up with Dr on April 7

COVID-19; COVID-19; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 37-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 12Feb2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: El9264), in left arm and on 05Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: Eng6206) at the age of 36 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; coviD-19 vaccine mrna (mrna 1273) (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE), on 10Nov2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION FAILURE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 16Apr2022, outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID-19". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: (16Apr2022) Positive, notes: positive PCR 16Apr; (17Apr2022) Positive, notes: Positive rapid antigen tests 17Apr and 19Apr; (19Apr2022) Positive, notes: Positive rapid antigen tests 17Apr and 19Apr; (22Apr2022) Positive, notes: Negative rapid antigen test 22Apr; (04May2022) Positive, notes: Positive rapid antigen tests 4May and 5May; (05May2022) Positive, notes: Positive rapid antigen tests 4May and 5May. Symptomtext

I experienced extreme muscle and body discomfort after both injections. It began about 10 hrs after the injection and lasted about 12 hours. I have also been losing my hair since April. I do not know if it has anything to do with the vaccinations. It has not stopped yet.
