"I" was very tired; Lethargic; Sleeping pretty much the whole day; Stomach cramping appeared; "I" woke up at 6am with significant chills; Severe abdominal pain; Brain fog; "I" started to experience back muscle cramping which progressed rapidly.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 33-year-old male patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot number: ENG6207) via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on 06Apr2021 at 13:00 (at the age of 33-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient did not have any relevant medical history. The patient had no known allergies. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Concomitant medications were not reported. On 14Apr2021 at 06:00, in the morning the patient woke up with significant chills, severe abdominal pain and brain fog. On the same day around 11:15, the patient started to experience back muscle cramping which progressed rapidly and at 11:50, the patient was on a virtual meeting and was unable to sit up straight in a chair and had to end the meeting. These effects lasted for approximately 10 hours. On 15Apr2021 at 03:00 in the morning, the patient woke up with similar effects as the previous day but less pronounced. On the same day at 11:45 the chills, abdominal pain and brain fog subsided a bit. However, stomach cramping appeared. Then 9 hours after waking up all the effects were not evident. On 16Apr2021, the effects slowly dissipated but the patient was very tired, lethargic, sleeping pretty much the whole day. The event did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office or clinic visit and emergency room or department or urgent care. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events back muscle cramping, significant chills, severe abdominal pain, brain fog, stomach cramping, very tired, lethargic, sleeping pretty much the whole day were recovering at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Very fatigued; Low grade fever 100.5F; Chills; Upset stomach; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 13-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: ENG6207), via intramuscular route of administration in the left arm on 16Jun2021 at 09:30 (at the age of 13-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included ADHD. The patient did not have any allergies to medications, food or other products. Concomitant medications included methylphenidate hydrochloride (RITALIN) and levocetirizine dihydrochloride (XYZAL); both from unknown dates for unspecified indications. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: ENG6207), via intramuscular route of administration in the left arm on an unknown date in May2021 at 15:00 (at the age of 13-years-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. On 17Jun2021 at 01:30, the patient experienced very fatigued, low-grade fever 100.5F, chills and upset stomach. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. On 17Jun2021 at 01:30, the patient underwent lab test and procedure which included body temperature and the result was shown as 100.5 F. The clinical outcome of the events very fatigued, low-grade fever 100.5F, chills and upset stomach were resolving at the time of reporting. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Medical history included breast cancer, 10 years prior in 2011. The patient had no known allergies to medications, food or other products. Concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: ENG6201) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 04Mar2021 at 20:30 (at the age of 53-year-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not tested for COVID-19. On 26March2021, day after shot, the patient experienced chills, high fever 103, fatigue, no strength, and wiped out. On 27Mar2021, the patient experienced body aches (back, head, shoulders, neck, stiff neck, etc), and fatigue. On 26Mar2021, the body temperature was reported as 103. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the event fever and included treatment with TYLENOL, fever broke approximately at 18:00 after taking TYLENOL a few hours earlier on 27Mar2021. The clinical outcome of the events chills, high fever, fatigue, no strength, wiped out, and body aches (back, head, shoulders, neck, stiff neck, etc) was recovered on unknown date in 2021. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

AFTER RECEIVING 2nd DOSE PFIZER-FELT SUDDEN ONSET OF HEADACHE . COMPLAINED OF NAUSEA. COLD COMPRESS APPLIED TO FOREHEAD AND BASE OF NECK (OCCIPITAL). NAUSEA SUBSIDED, HEADACHE IMPROVED. BOTTLE OF WATER PROVIDED AFTER 10 MINUTES. INDIVIDUAL WAS OBSERVED TO HAVE CONSUMED LUNCHABLE, MOUNTAIN DEW, POTATO CHIPS, AND SWEDISH FISH CANDY IMMEDIATELY POST VACCINATION. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS DEVELOPED WITHING 10 MINUTES AFTER FOOD CONSUMPTION.
