her heart has been beating fast/Her heart is racing; She got a headache; But this is a strange one, like someone walking inside her head. All she feels bump bump bump; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp. A 72-years-old female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VAC-CINE, formulation: Solution for injection, Batch/lot number: ENO158 expiration date: unknown) via an unspecified route of administration in Arm Left on 29Jun2021 14:00 (age at vaccination 72years old) as single dose for covid-19 immunization. The patient did not have any medical history. Concomitant medications were not reported. She received the first dose of the covid vaccine about 14:00, she got home and about an hour and a half at about 17:36, she got headache. It was a big headache, and her head was thumping. It was stated that she would get headaches sometimes, but this was a strange one, like someone walking inside her head. All she felt "bump bump bump". Her heart was racing: After she ate something, her heart started pumping, and it has not stopped. She wanted to know if this was normal. Confirmed that her heart started racing a day prior to this report (yesterday, not today) It was stated that she just realized it was better to get the vaccine, than to have covid. Her and her husband got vaccinated. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of a events. The outcome of the event was reported as not resolved. No follow-up attempts were needed. No further information was expected.

Headache; Body aches; Tiredness; Sore entire arm- still sore; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 46-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: ENO158) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 16Apr2021 at 14:30 (at the age of 46-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included asthma, and penicillin allergy. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the COVID-19 vaccine. The patient did not receive any medication within two weeks of COVID-19 vaccine. On 16Apr2021 at 14:30, the patient experienced headache, body aches, tiredness, sore entire arm- still sore. The events did not result in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit, emergency room/department or urgent care. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of the events. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events headache, body aches, tiredness was recovered with sequelae at the time of this report. While the clinical outcome of the event sore entire arm was not recovered at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
