Severe joint pain & swelling with muscle spasm, nausea related to increased pain. PRN medication taken as directed ( normally most PRN Meds are taken once or twice a day and were increased to tolerance). Warm bath in EPSOM Salt Torodal 15 mg TID X 5 days
