I noticed a rash on my neck about 1 day after the booster shot. I ended up getting a rash all over my torso, arms, neck, part of my face, I didn't have a rash on my legs. My temperature was about 99.7. The rash was gone by Saturday, but I was very lethargic until Monday. I had Moderna for the 1st and 2nd vaccine, and I developed a severe rash at the injection site that didn't show up until 3 or so days after the injection, and about 2 weeks for it to go away. My breathing was fine, I did have a bit of tightness. I have very bad allergies though, so I am kind of used to having tightness in my chest at times.

A 15-year-old male patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: ENO179, Expiration Date: Unknown), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 07Jun2021 (Monday) (at the age of 15-year-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 08Jun2021 (on Tuesday), patient experianced a really bad headache and soreness in his left arm and that lasted a short period. Reporter stated her son didn't really have a problem and fine already. Patient received Advil on 08Jun2021 for arm was sore. Reporter inquired the chances of the same side effects with the second Pfizer Covid 19 Vaccine. The outcome of events was recovered on Jun2021. Additional information has been requested.

A female patient of an unspecified age received first dose of BNT162B2 (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Solution for injection, Lot Number: ENO179) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in left arm on 07Jun2021 as 1st single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 08Jun2021, the patient experienced sore left arm and headache. On an unspecified date in June 2021, the patient experienced nausea but it only lasted 24 hours. The patient informed that she experienced a really bad headache, soreness in her arm & nausea for a short period and she was fine already. The patient took Advil as treatment on 08Jun2021 for arms were sore. The outcome of the events was resolved on an unspecified date in June 2021. No follow-up attempts needed. No further information is expected.
