Walking to the observation room approximately 2 minutes post shot I felt extreme dizziness. Felt like I could potentially pass out so I waited 30 minutes in the observation room before leaving. After I was fairly confident I would not pass out I left the facility. When I made it outside it felt like the right side of my brain was "not there," like a portion of my brain was dead. While driving home approximately 45 minutes post shot I felt numbness and tingling on the right side of my face. Mental confusion also started. I don't recall the numbness and tingling in my face continuing at this time. Proceeded home, laid down on the couch to relax and about 3 hours post shot felt my heart racing. Checked heart rate with pulse oximeter and heart rate was 120 w/98 oxygen. 5 minutes later the heart rate went down to around 90 but blood oxygen went to 90. I sat up, drank water and pulse/oxygen returned to normal. The next day the mental confusion continued. Approx. 24 hours post shot tingling and numbness felt on right side of face. Couldn't move lips properly, communicate to my facial muscles. This lasted around an hour or two. 30 hrs post shot short term memory loss caused confusion when typing texts, following conversation, etc. Symptoms improved greatly over the next couple of days. Tiredness/general unwell feeling approximately 48hrs post shot but unremarkable. By the time I went to a GP 84hours post shot I felt 95%. Went to a neurologist 108hrs post shot who performed standard tests and all was well. 1 week post shot got into an argument and felt tingling and numbness on right side which lasted approximately 10 seconds.
