A 49-years-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, formulation: solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: EWN0171), via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date as DOSE 1, SINGLE for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included hypothyroid. The patients concomitant medications were not reported. The patient experienced rashes all over her body on an unspecified date.She called the hospital and they said that her rashes may be an allergy to one of the ingredients of the vaccine or it's her immune system reacting with the vaccine. She took Zyrtec medication for this side effect. The outcome of event was unknown. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
