Symptomtext

Loss of consciousness; 4 days of chronic stomach pain; diarrhea; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 27-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 05Apr2021 16:00 (Batch/Lot Number: ER8734) as 1st dose, single for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included vasovagal syncope which has not occurred in several years, allergies with gluten and covid prior to vaccination. Concomitant medication included ethinylestradiol, ferrous fumarate, norethisterone acetate (JUNEL FE). The patient had no other vaccine in four weeks. The patient previously took amoxicillin and experienced allergies. On 06Apr2021 01:00, the patient experienced loss of consciousness during sleep for about 30 seconds and 4 days of chronic stomach pain with diarrhea which resulted in limited ability to perform daily activities and work. The events were not treated. The patient was not tested for Covid post vaccination. The outcome of the events was recovering.

Chills Pruritus Pyrexia Rash Urticaria

Symptomtext

Fever started spiking about 12 hours after vaccine. Fever & chills. Fever was 103.9 before I took ibuprofen. Took Ibprufofen every 4 to 6 hours from about 12 hours after vaccine to about 36 hours after vaccine- and fever never went below 100. Fever was gone about 45 hours after vaccine. On day 2 to 3 after vaccine, developed hives all over stomach. Also itchy on legs and arms.

Symptomtext

On 4/18 woke up with a rash on arms, legs, butt, and back. Went to Urgent care and was given a steroid and benadryll. That evening the rash intensified and went to the emergency room. Was admitted so they could monitor the rash. Was discharged on 4/20 with instruction to start a steroid pack and continue with benadryl cream, benadryl, claratin and pepcid. Rash is still continuning to appear as of 4/27/21. Very itchy and irritating. TRYING TO ENTER HOSPITALIZATION DATES IN PART 21 BUT IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO TYPE ANYTHING. , 2 DAYS STAY,

slight toungue and lip swelling similar but not as bad as her allergic reaction to sulfa drugs. along with rapid heart rate and difficulty walking. next day she broke out with canker sores.
