Symptomtext

On the evening of May 15th, I developed slight upper chest discomfort, a jittery feeling in the anterior neck bilaterally, a fuzzy sensation in the Eustachian tubes, tachycardia (160-170) and slightly decreased BP (95/60). Called emergency. Transported to ED while receiving IV hydration. Dx Atrial Fibrillation, new onset. Treated with additional hydration, started on oral anticoagulant and discharged around 0700 on May 16, 2022.
