I was walking the dog around noon and the dog yanked on the leash and I about passed out I had aches and pains all over my body with a bit of a headache and real watery diarrhea.

Pt developed a fever of 103 and erythema at injection site the night after the injection. Symptoms lasted 24 hours. Resolved.
