Symptomtext

On 08/28/2022, I woke up feeling very tired and wanted to sleep all the time. I had a fever for 2 days that I treated with Tylenol. I did not test for COVID-19 because my son had recently tested positive. I did not require any medical attention. My symptoms lasted around 2 to 3 days before they got better.

Immediate post-injection reaction Injection site haemorrhage Injection site swelling

Symptomtext

Excessive bleeding and swelling at site of injection immediately after IM injection upper left deltoid muscle about 3:15 PM on May 15, 2022. Changed dressing to 2 standard bandages along with ice pack application for 15 minutes. Patient did NOT have dizziness, faintness nor abnormal pain. Patient received Adacel immunization in right upper deltoid minutes prior without any observed reactions. Patient remaind seating for 15 minutes with daughter and left with out complaint thereafter.

COVID-19 treatment; COVID-19 treatment; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 74-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in May2022 as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: FN9992) for covid-19 immunisation; coviD-19 vaccine (COVID-19 VACCINE), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Chronic colitis" (unspecified if ongoing); "recovered breast cancer" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: other medical history: recovered breast cancer; "known allergies: Penicillin" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: known allergies: Penicillin. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "COVID-19 treatment".
