Less than 24 hours after receiving 2nd dose of vaccine, resident developed symptoms of fever (101.7F), body aches, peri-orbital fluid in right eye, right eyelid ptosis with mild facial droop, tongue deviates to the right.

Sore arm and headache started approximately 5 hours after vaccine and resolved within 48 hours. Poor appetite and nausea started on day 2 post vaccine and lasted for 2-3 days. Episode of tachycardia and elevated blood pressure 2 days after vaccine, resolved within 24 hours, back to baseline this date. Muscle aches started day 7 post vaccine and continue this date.

like someone sucked all the energy out of her; have general feeling of not feeling well; muscle pain; I am so tired I can hardly go; She is 5 feet 5 inches now, she is shrinking; aching; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 83-year-old female patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection, Lot Number: FN5318 and Expiration date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 30Jan2021 (at the of 83-year-old), as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included atrial fibrillation from Apr2016 to an unknown date. Concomitant medications included apixaban (ELIQUIS) 5 mg , twice daily, taken for atrial fibrillation from Apr2016 and ongoing and blood thinner. The patient reported that she had her first dose of vaccine on Saturday 30Jan2021 and on 01Feb2021, the patient got up during the night and noticed she was so tired she can hardly go, she also experienced muscle pain, felt unwell like someone sucked all the energy out of her. so tired can hardly go, I have muscle pain, have general feeling of not feeling well, On an un-known date, she also experienced aching. It was also reported that the patient was 5 feet 5 inches and was shrinking. The reporter wanted to know if this could be related to the vaccine and how long does it last. The patient reported she was hurt so bad she was treated her symptoms with Advil. Declines to provide HCP information. NDC and expiration date unknown, not listed on card. The reporter stated that the Lot number starts with either E or F and clarified it as F. She also had difficult time with the last number to the lot number, stated that it could possibly be K, but reported it as 8. The outcome of the events so tired she can hardly go, muscle pain, felt unwell like someone sucked all the energy out of her was reported as recovering, while events aching and shrinking were unknown. Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.

A 58 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left (Lot number: FN5318) at the age of 58 years as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Hermia ( stomach ) - fiber tissue on uterus" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Hermia ( stomach ) - fiber tissue on, uterus. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose number:1, dose product:COVID 19, Pfizer, administration time:16:00, Lot number: 30135BA, location: Left arm), when the patient was 58 years old, for Covid-19 Immunization; Bnt162b2 (dose number: 2, product: COVID 19, Pfizer, lot number: EN5318, location: Left arm), when the patient was 58 years old, for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: CARDIOMEGALY (non-serious) with onset 04Oct2021 14:30, outcome "not recovered", described as "abnormal heart on my left side (enlarge heart)". The event "abnormal heart on my left side (enlarge heart)" was evaluated at the physician office visit. Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of cardiomegaly. Additional information: Patient had no history of heart disease, nor high blood pressure and had no red meat in 17 years pretty much strike diet, he was concern if this condition is caused from the vaccine. Facility type vaccine: Pharmacy or Drug Store, No other vaccine and medication was taken in four weeks. Patient was not tested for covid prior and after vaccination. No known allergies. very fast heart beat; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp. An 85 year old female patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; formulation: Solution for injection, Batch/Lot number: FN5318) via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 01Feb2021 at 15:00 (at the age of 84-years-old) as 1st dose, single dose for covid-19 immunization. The second dose was schedule on 22Feb2021 at 12:40. Medical history included hypertension, arthritis. Patient stated that She had arthritis in the knees, 1 knee was worse than the other. She does try to exercise the 1 knee, she had DVD's and stuff she does, aortic aneurysm from 2017 to an unknown date. Concomitant medications were not reported. On 01Feb2021 19:30 the patient experienced very fast heartbeat. Patient clarified that when the fast heartbeat started, she actually took that one pill, it was Benazepril 20 mg, it's a generic for Lotensin. On 01Feb2021 the patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included echocardiogram: unknown results on heart rate: fast. The outcome of the event was recovered on 01Feb2021. Follow-up(16Apr2021): Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.
