Symptomtext
Per patient report: pain started minutes after vaccine administration. It became pink the next day and the next day after this it was erythematous and slightly swollen and warm. This lasted several days and gradually improved. However, she was left with pain with pressure on the deltoid and pain leading up to the anterior shoulder and to the right neck; the pain sometimes goes into her right forearm and hand. No fevers. Right shoulder still has small swollen area around deltoid; pain with abduction and pressure. No hand/forearm edema
