Approx 3-4 hours after vaccine administration developed bilateral non-pulsating 9/10 debilitating tinnitus . Saw ENT on December 13th hearing test revealed high frequency sensorineural hearing loss. Placed on high dose prednisone without success. Also, has taken anti-inflammatory supplements, Zanaflex and diamox without relief
