The reporter is the patient. A 70-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 04Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: GNCR98) at the age of 69 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "left leg had been injured" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Her left leg had been injured before and had knee cap removed, had physical therapy; "knee cap removed", start date: 1975 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Her left leg had been injured before and had knee cap removed, had physical therapy. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (First dose Pfizer covid19 vaccine: , Lot: E19269 (its bent on the paperwork, thinks lot E19269), Expiration: unknown, Diagnosed with Covid: First week of Feb2022), administration date: 12Feb2021, when the patient was 69-year-old, for COVID-19 immunization, reaction(s): "Diagnosed with Covid". The following information was reported: MUSCLE ATROPHY (non-serious), CONDITION AGGRAVATED (non-serious) all with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Muscles started to deteriorate, especially in left leg/it started getting worse towards the booster time.". She is a 70-year old senior citizen. After her primary series and booster, her muscles started to deteriorate, especially in left leg. She had a doppler done and a cyst was found in her left leg and it was really painful. She can hardly walk anymore and all of this started after the vaccinations. She got COVID really bad even though she was vaccinated, she got the omicron variant. She now has really bad headaches after getting COVID and her memory is messed up after that. She was aware of another girl in (withheld) that had some malignancy in her leg after the vaccination, unknown which vaccination, however, the girls legs, both legs had to be amputated. Caller was concerned after hearing this. Agent provided her with information and was referred back to her doctor. Agent provided the dates of her first, second, and booster dose, all were Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. She was a passenger at a drive-through vaccination site for first and second dose and thinks the doses were administered in right arm. Booster dose was administered at (Facility name withheld). She has plates and screws in left arm and cannot be injected into the left arm. Muscles started to deteriorate, especially in left leg: She knows this started after the second dose, and it started getting worse towards the booster time. Her left leg had been injured before and had knee cap removed, had physical therapy and that's why it showed up faster since they were keeping tabs her. Really painful cyst: Discovered by touch right after the booster dose. Found it by doppler two and a half weeks ago and since her muscles have gone away it can really be felt there. She can hardly walk. Can hardly walk: Had trouble walking before the vaccines but now it is virtually impossible to walk, about 8 months ago this started and getting worse every day.
