Kinrix administered to a 3 years and 3 months patient; This case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 3-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number H9FN5, expiry date 7th May 2023) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included dtpa-ipv vaccine pre-filled syringe device (Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device) injection syringe for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Kinrix and Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device. On an unknown date, unknown after receiving Kinrix and Kinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration. On an unknown date, the outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was unknown.
