Narrative: Immediately after receiving the Covid Injection, pt report he felt like he was going to pass out" . CODE BLUE called to vaccine clinic. Patient was sitting in the chair pale and diaphoretic. Patient stated he felt like he was going to " pass out" prior to receiving his first COVID vaccine shot and informed the staff. After being transported to Urgent Care pt's color returned, and non-diaphoretic. Pt remain with tingling sensation to upper extremities. Per MD monitored pt without any interventions. Reassurance provided along with coaching of breathing. After about an hour and half, pt reports he is ready to go home. Tingling sensations resolved. Patient was discharged.
