Symptomtext
Employee had a Hepatitis B vaccination on 01/27/21 to her left deltoid. On 01/29/21, the employee reported itching, pain/soreness, rash, and tenderness to her left arm. The employee was offered Benadryl but declined. Vital signs were monitored. Ice pack was applied to injection site. Employee then began to complain of nausea and weakness. She was sent for evaluation and treatment but due to COVID, she was not able to get in. She was seen the following day, 01/30/21. Employee returned to work on 02/02/21.
