On 3rd May 2022, the patient received Engerix B pediatric. On 3rd May 2022, unknown after receiving Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product and underdose. On an unknown date, the outcome of the adult use of a child product and underdose were unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-MAY-2022 Reporters comment: The patient was administered a pediatric dose of the Engerix-B vaccine inadvertently instead of the adult dose. The reporter consented to follow up.
