Symptomtext
While seated after receiving the vaccine, the patient's husband alerted us that she was not responding normally. She seemed pale and lethargic, eyes closed. I applied a cool compress to her forehead and temples. She became alert within moments. Paramedics arrived in response to our 911 call. After they left, the patient said that she was leaving for her doctor's office for an evaluation.
