Symptomtext
Pt began having urticaria day 28 after vaccination per mom and pt report. she first saw allergist Dec of 2019 for recurrent urticaria and allrgic rhinitis sx's that were treated with antihistamines. I do not have further records from allergy, but Mom reported to my nurse that pt developed chronic urticaria/suspected autoimmune disorder. Jan of this year pt was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitis.
