Parent reported event to Health Center 12/1/2022. Parent reports child had "head to toe" rash with onset approx 3 days post vaccination and resolved 1 week post vaccination. The parent also reports the child was lethargic and spiked high fever 3 days post vaccination and resolved 7 days post vaccination. Client reports she took child to physician and was diagnosed as a viral rash.
