No additional AEs reported; reconstituted with expired diluent; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. There was no information about the patient's concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies or medical history provided. On 16-JUN-2021, the patient was vaccinated with dose of varicella virus vaccine live (oka/merck) (VARIVAX) (lot#S029534, an invalid lot number, expiration date: 20-SEP-2022 (formulation, strength, dose, frequency, route of administration were not reported) reconstituted in expired sterile diluent, 0.5 ml (lot # N026989, expiration date: 13-JUL-2018) (formulation, strength, frequency, route of administration were not reported), both for prophylaxis (expired product administered). No adverse events were reported.
