10/12/23 Received Flu Vaccine at left arm, felt injection site was too high. 10/13/23 weakness of left arm got better after 4 days and noticed numbness and tingling of left arm withh certain movement untill present. Referred to Occupational Health for evaluation.

was inadvertently given a dose of Flulaval; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 3-month-old female patient who received Flu Seasonal QIV Quebec (FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season) (batch number N4T5S, expiry date 30-JUN-2024) for prophylaxis. On 06-NOV-2023, the patient received FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season. On 06-NOV-2023, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval Quadrivalent 2023-2024 season, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: was inadvertently given a dose of Flulaval). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was unknown. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 6th November 2023 The HCP noted a 3 month and 27 day old baby was inadvertently given a dose of Flulaval, which led to inappropriate age at vaccine administration. The reporter consented to follow up.
