Symptomtext

Patient states that she normally keeps a journal where she writes up her normal daily activities. She says that after the vaccine was given, when she got in the taxi to return home, she started writing what she calls "insane" things in her journal, things she described as jibber jabber and random scribbles. She says that during that evening she went into a diabetic coma. Her daughter found her and took her to the hospital. Her blood sugar had gotten as low as 32.

Patient showed up at the pharmacy on 12/27/23 and stated that she experienced cellulitis post her arexvy vaccine. She told us that she had to go to the ER for her pain at injection site.

Pharmacist reporting a patient under the age of 60 years old was administered AREXVY on 12/9/2023.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 52-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number N57EC, expiry date 27-MAR-2025) for prophylaxis. On 09-DEC-2023, the patient received Arexvy. On 09-DEC-2023, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Pharmacist reporting a patient under the age of 60 years old was administered AREXVY on 12/9/2023.). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-DEC-2023. Pharmacist reported that a patient under the age of 60 years old was administered Arexvy on 9-dec-2023 which led to inappropriate age at vaccine administration. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The reporter consented to follow up.

Administered after temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 72-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number N57EC, expiry date 27-MAR-2025) for prophylaxis. On 05-DEC-2023, the patient received the 1st dose of Arexvy. On 05-DEC-2023, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administered after temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 08-DEC-2023 A Pharmacy manager inquiring about Arexvy and what information was available about Information available after a dose of Arexvy that had been left at room temperature for 5 hours had been administered to a patient and how to procced if the dose was invalid, which led to incorrect storage of drug. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The reporter consented to follow up.
