Symptomtext

Patient had vague itchiness starting the day after the vaccine was administered. On day three after this vaccination, she developed hives over her arms, trunk and face that would come and go. These were very pruritic. There was no shortness of breath. No acute anaphylactic symptoms were observed on the day of administration. Patient reported no chest pain, no prior reactions to vaccines, no new ingestions, no new skin products, no new soaps. No new activities either. Was recommended to start antihistamine tablets and referral was placed with allergist.
