Symptomtext
Patient age 7 years was given DTaP instead of Tdap. The Tdap box had an orange box warning stating "For 10 years of age and older". According to agency catch up schedule Tdap is to be given to children over 7 years of age. At the time of the clinic, the orange box on the Tdap was followed. 1/24/23: Contacted parent. Child is not having any adverse symptoms. An additional Tdap will be required before 7th grade entry.
