A 75-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 12Apr2022 at 14:00 as dose 1, single (Lot number: FJ4989), in right arm and on 12Sep2022 at 14:00 as dose 2, single (Lot number: NCD #59267-0304-02) at the age of 75 years, in right leg for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Mild kidney disease" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 2023, outcome "unknown" and all described as "COVID 19 Treatment". Clinical course: COVID 19 was treated with Paxlovid. Paxlovid treatment start date: 03Mar2023 and stop date: 07Mar2023.
