Additional information: The morning after vaccine, patient felt fine other than arm soreness. Took antibiotic, went for a 2-mile walk, felt bad as the patient returned home. Tingles in the scalp, headache, and thought patient was just hungry or dehydrated. Drank water and juice, ate some yogurt and then took morning regular medications- Venlafaxine, Meloxicam, Tylenol, Vitamin D, Multivitamin and calcium. Then I continued to feel awful, vomited, had diarrhea, couldn't open my eyes or lift my head off the bathroom floor. Felt awful for about an hour. Patient had not been received any other vaccine within four weeks. Patient not been diagnosed with COVID prior to vaccination and not had been tested post vaccination.
