Symptomtext

Mild numbness in the left side of my face. In 2013, while pregnant, I had a palsy event. Left side of face and body experienced numbness for weeks. CT scans and other tests were all normal then, no neurological issues either. It went away with acupuncture. Never really figured out what caused it, Dr. said it just happens sometimes with pregnancy. Monitoring myself. I don?t have easy access to health care so I?m not going in or calling anyone yet

Pruritus Swelling face

Symptomtext

Swelling of face; itchiness of face and hands; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 47-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: NDC # 59267-1000-02) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 26Apr2021 at 13:00 (at the age of 47-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included seasonal allergy. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medications included melatonin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) and vitamin d nos (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN); both taken for an unknown indication from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: UNKNOWN) via an unspecified route of administration on 05Apr2021 at 13:00 (at the age of 47-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. On 27Apr2021 at 00:00, the patient experienced swelling of face and itchiness of face and hands. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The clinical outcome of the events swelling of face and itchiness of face and hands was unknown at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
