Cardiac arrest just stopped breathing fortunately at home wife called 911 within five minutes of noticing not breathing responders there in 3-5 minutes worked on him for 15 minutes at home before transporting to ER hospital. No heart beat pulse etc... used CPR machines and paddles Patient had walked 6 1/2 miles that morning no problems did about 50-60 miles weekly outside. This was sudden and me, his wife, say it was a reaction to something in shot that contributed to this event- there is absolutely nothing you could say to make believe differently. This happened 1 1/2 hours after getting shot.

3 days later - unable to move - sit/stand/get out of bed - agony, vomiting from pain. Unable to get in touch with pharmacy. 5 weeks later I had someone take me to pharmacy to tell them what happened and report it. Pharmacist only told me not to get the second vaccine! No help with pain. 2 months later when I was able I went to my own dr - locally. She also would not file a report and told me not to get the second vaccine. IEight months later, I now have some range of motion and not in agony - but I now walk slowly and with a limp and am in discomfort.

As stated earlier, I have had HSV since 1984 and have consistently had 2-3 outbreaks per year treated only with Valtrex during the outbreak. Since having my 3rd Moderna Vaccine, I have noted monthly outbreaks requiring daily Valtrex and have even broken through that once since starting daily dosing of it. No other changes have happened in my life and I have not been sexually active since 2009.

Sharp pain in heart; Sharp pain in left lung; Sharp pain in inner left arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of ANGINA PECTORIS (Sharp pain in heart), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Sharp pain in inner left arm) and CHEST PAIN (Sharp pain in left lung) in a 53-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. NDC: 80777-0273-10) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 02-Jun-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 02-Jun-2021, after starting mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine), the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Sharp pain in inner left arm). On an unknown date, the patient experienced ANGINA PECTORIS (Sharp pain in heart) and CHEST PAIN (Sharp pain in left lung). On 02-Jun-2021, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Sharp pain in inner left arm) had resolved. At the time of the report, ANGINA PECTORIS (Sharp pain in heart) and CHEST PAIN (Sharp pain in left lung) had resolved. At approximately 3;15 PM, I was administered the 2nd dose of Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine(EUA. At approximately 5:30 pm, my blood sugars rose in excess of 400 mg/dl, felt lightheaded followed by quick onset of high pressure and volume diarrhea. I was in my girlfriend's home and was barely able to get to the toilet in time. The diarrhea appeared pea soup green in color and consistency and very smelly. Of interest, my girlfriend who also received the second dose of the Moderna vaccine on the same date, time and location, was awaken at approximately 2:00 AM with the same rapid onset of diarrhea. On the second day following the vaccine, we both had elevated temperatures of 101.5 and 102 lasting approximately 24 hours.

After an hour of receiving the vaccine I experienced mild pain at injection site, body aches, fever, nauseated, headache and diarrhea. This lasted for 24hrs except for the diarrhea which was only within the first 10hrs. Then at the injection site it is red and hot to the touch. The fever continued for another 24hrs but low grade (99.8-100.8)and feeling a little nauseous. 3 days after receiving the vaccine the injection site is still hot, red and sore. The whole experience felt like having the flu except for the injection site of course. I didn't have any reaction to the first 2 doses that I received of the same vaccine brand

Two days after the injection on Thursday 1/20/2022, there was swelling at the site and redness and also redness below the site in the lower muscle (above the elbow). Then on Friday 1/21/2022, the swelling at the site had subsided but there was still swelling and redness at the muscle site below that went from side to side of the forearm there. It has continued but seems to be lessening a little today, 1/22/2022. I have been able to use the arm without problems but it does ache, which I believe is due to the swelling.

I developed swollen lymph nodes in my armpit on the side of the injection. Two days after injection developed a bruise about an inch below the epicenter of the painful node that spread toward my breast over 5-6 days into a very large and colorful bruise; it was and remains tender underneath but the bruise is finally disappearing. I had no bruising at the injection site. Had fever for 2 days and tired and head foggy for 4 days as well, same as with shot #2.

3pm Saturday 5/1/2021 injection site pain, lump, swelling, hot to touch. Arm felt like it was being ripped off. Midnight Sunday 5/2/2021 fever of 102 degrees, chills, body aches, extreme left arm pain. Fever of 101 and body aches all day on Sunday 5/2/2021, started to subside after taking one tablet of aleve at 9am. Took second tablet of aleve at 2 pm, Fever and body aches continued to abate. 7 pm took to tylenol and fever was finally gone. Body aches also gone. 5/3/2021 no fever all day, Arm pain still persists, large red welt about 3 inches across, hot to touch, itchy. 05/04/2021 arm pain, large red welt still 3 inches across, hot to touch and itchy still persists.

On 4/9/21 approximately 11 days after receiving the Moderna vaccine 1st dose at Walgreens, I woke up at 6:15 am, by 7:30 I noticed my vaccine site was itchy with raised rash approximately 2 1/2 inches diameter and another on top of it approximately 1 1/2 inch diameter. The raised rash is red and hot to the touch at 2:00 pm.

Within 15 minutes of injection on 4/6/21 I started to get metal taste in my mouth. Within 45 minutes I started to have numbness in my right cheek/jaw and mild pain in neck/shoulder with mild drooling. Within several hours the symptoms began to subside. Through the remainder of the day I could feel that all symptoms had resolved except maybe a lingering feeling of very mild numbness in cheek... As of this writing, it is now 24 hours since the injection and am now starting with the same symptoms all over again, numbness in my right cheek/jaw and mild pain in neck/shoulder with mild drooling. A call/message to my primary care will be made following this report.

Week 3 after shot, 2 days of moderate fatigue. Week 4, stomach ache, nausea, diarrhea, ear canal fullness that made me extremely dizzy - lasted 4 days.

8 days after receiving the first Moderna covid shot, I woke up with a red itchy hard dot of about an inch at the injection site. A bit painful, but I played pickleball that morning outside without any major discomfort. Around noon the spot started to itch a lot and seemed very sensitive to touch. It was red and hot and getting bigger. I changed into a sleeveless shirt and that helped with the itch. By nighttime the spot had grown to5-6 inches, round, red and still more itchy. It presented like a severe ant bite. I slept fine and by next morning it seemed a bit less hard and red and calming down. Still a sleeveless shirt. One more day and the spot calmed down to near normal and my arm was soft and a bit hot at the site, but quite normal. I thought a bug had bitten me there.

Next dayt bad taste in mouth. Then sore under tongue and sore roof of mouth similar to when you get injections for tooth extraction. Swelling of upper lip. Lasted about 1 week before gradually going partial away. It's 10 days and still minor pain on roof of mouth and most swelling of upper lip is gone.. Took Tylenol a few times. Did not contact doctor.

~10:AM 2/09/21 onset of detectable light headedness - progressed stronger to 7:30PM, but still remained functional, and reduced with food. 3:30PM - 2/9/21 Taking easy chair nap - awoke with right hand numb up to elbow, but still had feeling and could move. 10 min of moving dissipated the numbness completely. 5:30PM - 2/9/21 - Drove car for 25 min, after 15 min left foot began numbing, by arrival tingling to upper thigh, but after walking for ~10min completely dissipated. No other symptoms other than soreness at the injection site, mild like a sensitive bruise.
