Symptomtext

Per staff resident was observed lying in bed, with labored breathing then became unresponsive. Oxygen was initiated but few minutes later, noted stopped breathing with no pulse and no BP. Code blue was paged, staff started CPR, and 911 was called, IVF initiated as well. . Eventually was pronounced dead at 1859 by MD.

Woke up with severe tinnitus and vertigo. Went to ENT had sudden hearing loss in left ear. Was treated with steroids for a month , couldn't work so was fired...Then tried steroid injections with no improvement. Tinnitus and severe haring loss has persisted for 319 days with no explanation.

Symptomtext

A little after the booster I began to feel facial numbness including my tongue. Feeling in my tongue returned around 3pm. My facial numbness persisted until 1/7. I visited my doctor who prescribed a steroid to help w/ the numbness.
