4 days after my first vaccine I started to have numbness, pressure and tingling in my upper lip and lower face, which varies in how uncomfortable it is. I have had sinus issue in the past and some previous issues with facial pressure, but this seems different. I have not previously had this kind of pressure or numbness in my upper lip, lower face, unless I was having an allergic reaction to a medication
