Symptomtext

During the last two years my health has gone through a sharp decline without any expected reasons (I eat healthy food and I do continue to exercise regularly). My Presyncope symptoms started in 2020, once every other week, then, and it got worse in 2021 when I had Vasovagal Syncope, passing out while standing at the supermarket once or twice a month, causing me to hit my head on the floor every time, making me very insecure and anxious of doing anything that require me to stand. On Sept 2nd 2021, I've got an Implanted Loop Recorder that also recorded heart beat pauses during some of the Syncopes and a cardiac arrest of 25 secs while sleeping. On Nov 1st 2021, I've got a leadless pacemaker for Sick Sinus Disfunction.Since then, my life has completely changed and I am very insecure and anxious of doing anything that requires me to stand. At work I'm always scared about passing out in front of an audience while I do presentation, and when I attend events.
