Symptomtext
The patient already received the Hep B vaccine the month prior so should have received the DTap and IPV as separate injections. The Kindrix given was used off label as it is authorized for use in 4-6 year olds. Patient had a mild fever and was a little lethargic so slept most of the first day but no other adverse effects. Advised both parents that if they have any additional questions to please contact their provider.
