Patient states that she still continues to have arm soreness and cannot lift any objects. States she has continued shoulder pain. She contacted provider and provider informed to call pharmacy to see if this is common.

Symptomtext

Patient developed a rash at the injection site, firm and warm to the touch. She was afebrile, but the area became increasingly itchy. After seeing her PCP, she was diagnosed with a bacterial infection and prescribed Cefadroxil.

Symptomtext

3 inches below the injection site an area of about the size of 2x4" was raised (swollen), red, warm to touch, and sensitive to touch. Patient did not put anything on it or took anything for it. Reported to pharmacist on 1/22/2021, came in on 1/25/2021 and it was no longer swollen or red.
