This case involves patient of an unknown age and gender who was given expired IPV (Vero) [Ipol] with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 27-Jul-2022, the patient received an unknown dose once (total) of suspect IPV (Vero) (Suspension for injection; strength: standard) (lot: T1D482N; expiry date: 25-Jul-2022) via unknown route in unknown administration site for immunization. Reason for excursion is that the fridge was not closed correctly, it did not shut all the way. Product used. At the time of report, no adverse event was reported.
