Patient stated she noticed redness and soreness around area of the shot. She states she had a sore arm over the last day. The the area appears to be slightly swollen with redness and tender to the touch. the diameter appears to be roughly 3-4 inches. Patient instructed to keep monitoring the area for the next 24 hours for changing in pain/swelling/size. Instructed patient to seek additional medical attention if condition worsens.
