Ma informed RN that she had administered by accident double dose of Rota virus vaccine. Pt mom and father were called and informed of situation. Mom was informed that the provider was aware as well as Nurse manager. Mom and father were given ER warnings as stated by Dr. Mom and father were advised to call the clinic if they had any questions or concerns. Father stated that pt is stable and alert at the moment.
